Shipping
Eco Beauty Tools sends parcels via Sendle's eParcel service. By default parcels are verified as 'authority to leave,' with the designated courier company's discretion to have a signature on delivery for some parcels.
Once your parcel has been packed you will receive a dispatch notification email with your tracking information, You may also receive an additional email from Sendle once your parcel has been collected from us. These emails will contain a tracking number and details allowing you to track the progress of your delivery - tracking links may not work until later in the day when the carrier has physically scanned the parcel into their system.
If your order has been returned back to Eco Beauty Tools after failure to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts have been made, you are responsible for paying for re-postage. Orders will not be refunded if you choose to not have it redelivered.WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Eco Beauty Tools offers two options for shipping and handling.
We post almost every business day from postcode 3081.
1. Sendle Standard Postage (for delivery in 2 - 6 business days)
2. Australia post Express Post- please check the Australia Post Express Post Network for delivery times.
Most metro areas will be next business day delivery however please bear in mind that we have no control over the delivery times of parcels once they have been collected from our premises by Australia Post and Sendle.

Eco Beauty Tools work hard to pack your orders and the majority of orders received during business hours (VIC - AEST) are dispatched and lodged with Sendle the same day. On the rare occasion we post with Australia Post, if your location is outside metropolitan areas - we do this to maintain a consistent postage cost for all of our customers no matter your location in Aus!
Please bear in mind that once your parcel is lodged with the delivery company we have no control over the delivery process and unfortunately there are sometimes delivery delays - please always refer to the tracking link received when your order is dispatched to track the progress of your order.
Please allow extra postage time during holiday seasons and special promotion periods.INTERNATIONAL
We ship worldwide, website pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD). All orders are charged in AUD and may be converted into your local currency by your payment provider.
Upon arrival into your country your order may be assessed by the local customs authorities to determine any local duties, taxes or fees payable. Eco Beauty Tools has no control over these fees and if unsure we recommend checking with your local authorities before ordering as you will have to pay any duties and taxes applicable to them before they release your parcel for delivery.
