Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes! All of our products are cruelty-free and vegan. This makes our products safe for you, the animals and the planet.
More detail: Our company does not use any animal derived ingredients including carmine, beeswax and lanolin amongst others. Our company does not source any raw materials/ingredients or finished products that have been tested on animals. None of our finished products are tested on animals nor do we pay third parties to do so on our behalf. We absolutely do not have any sales made in mainland China as we do not agree with their laws around animal testing for cosmetics.

What are the shipping and handling rates?
Standard shipping within Australia is $11.99 AUD and international is $19.99 AUD
What are your payment options?
We accept visa, mastercard, paypal and afterpay!
What is your returns policy?
Due to the OH+S nature of our products we cannot accept returns. On the rare chance that you are unsatisfied with your products, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Why can't you ship to PO Boxes?
We use a delivery service specially selected for their carbon-neutral ethics. This delivery service offers door-to-door delivery but not PO box delivery because of the courier companies they use.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For postage within Australia you should usually expect to receive your parcel within 7 working days of parcel pickup. Processing time from order date is 4 weekday/ working days. Please note that due to current covid-19 restrictions there may be delays.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship all around the world!
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
